Job Summary:
As the Social Media Specialist you will learn everything that you need to become a skilled social media professional. The CEO of MANN|MARK will personally train you and share her knowledge that helped her to build a successful business. The insight that you will gain will build a strong resume with valuable skills that you cannot learn in school. You will learn how create compelling content, insight into social media trends, gain new followers, increase engagement, and become a respected social media marketing professional. This position will create social media content, graphics, share social media content, report social media analytics, and engage on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective social media strategies aligned with their marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for social media growth and innovation.
- Provide recommendations on target audience identification, platform selection, content types, and engagement tactics.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling and shareable social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.
- Develop a content calendar and scheduling plan to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality and visually appealing content.
Scheduling and Optimization:
- Manage the scheduling and publishing of social media posts across multiple platforms, ensuring content is delivered at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule, monitor, and analyze post performance and audience engagement.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize social media efforts and achieve client goals.
Industry Knowledge and Research:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices.
- Share industry insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No formal social media experience is necessary. Proven experience posting social media content.
- Good writing and editing skills, with the desire to learn how to write compelling social media content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Graphic experience with tools like Canva are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies, recommendations, and reports to clients and team members.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
